Senior Manufacturing Technician

Location: Onsite in Framingham, Massachusetts, United States; 12-hour rotating schedule.

What you will do

• Operate production equipment and perform processing steps in accordance with manufacturing instructions and current GMPs.
• Complete production documentation, maintain process-area cleanliness and supplies, and perform SOP revisions and work-order generation.
• Perform in-process analytical testing and apply aseptic techniques in a large-scale biologics facility.
• Use manufacturing automation systems, including INFOR, MES, ERP, and DeltaV.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical operations and support continuous improvement of SOPs, EWIs, MBRs, and OJTs.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Engineering, MSIT, and Validation teams while mentoring less experienced operators.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of experience in a cGxP manufacturing environment, or a biotech certificate or associate degree with no prior experience.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and their application to manufacturing responsibilities.
• General knowledge of manufacturing automation systems; experience with DeltaV is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written procedures, complete accurate production documentation, and maintain a safe, orderly work environment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule onsite in Framingham, Massachusetts.
