Executive Director, Global Program Head, Immunology

Location: Tarrytown, New York, United States; 4 days per week on-site. Travel: 10% to relevant conferences and congresses.

Salary: $285,600–$475,900 annually.

What you will do

• Build and lead Strategic Program Teams and develop long-term, end-to-end integrated program strategies.
• Guide immunology programs from pre-IND nomination through BLA application, supporting novel therapies for serious ophthalmic diseases.
• Coordinate program deliverables, governance interactions, plans, timelines, and accountability across functions.
• Maintain financial oversight of program budgets and development costs.
• Align stakeholders across research, clinical development, regulatory, commercial, manufacturing, and partner organizations.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while coaching Strategic Program Team members.

Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD.
• 10–15 years of broad drug development experience in immunology or autoimmunity.
• Deep knowledge of molecule development in relevant disease areas.
• Expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and general regulatory requirements for drug approval.
• Ability to work on-site in Tarrytown, New York four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of biologics and alternative therapeutic modalities.
