Conversion Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Woodland Hills, California, United States

Salary: $26.00–$31.00 per hour, plus eligible annual discretionary cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 5% each.

What you will do

• Coordinate customer conversions from the legacy Zenith platform to NexLedgr, with potential Rollfi and Yodlee configuration.
• Maintain conversion work plans, timelines, checklists, readiness assessments, and milestone tracking.
• Analyze legacy customer data, identify quality issues, and prepare, validate, and reconcile migration datasets.
• Execute test conversions, verify migrated datasets, and perform post-conversion quality control.
• Document exceptions, anomalies, remediation activities, and conversion customizations.
• Support customer implementation interviews and provide training notes to implementation specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, client onboarding, data conversion, operations, project coordination, or customer-facing project management.
• Experience with large-scale data migration, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms is preferred.

• Experience supporting financial services, banking, accounting, fintech, SaaS implementations, or software deployment projects.
