Analyst, Collections (Temporary 1-Year)

What you will do

• Perform daily collection activities for delinquent customer accounts and contact customers to secure resolution and payment.
• Record collection activities, payment issues, disputes, and supporting documentation in the collection system.
• Resolve unidentified payments and accounts receivable disputes within defined timelines, assigning cases to the appropriate internal owners.
• Work with Pricing, Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Cash Application, and other internal teams to investigate and resolve account issues.
• Identify recurring issues, support root-cause analysis, and contribute to training and process improvement.
• Achieve past-due percentage and cash collection targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in shared service centers, primarily focused on collections and data analytics.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience optimizing collections processes and execution.
• Experience with dispute resolution is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE, SAP, or GetPaid.
