Senior HR Business Partner (SaaS/Hotel Commerce): Partnering with Product, Tech, and Customer leaders to build high-performing teams, manage talent, and support employee experience with an accent on employee relations, organisational change, and people analytics. Focus on coaching managers, leading restructures and workforce changes, and solving complex people challenges in a fast-paced, global environment.
Location: Sydney, hybrid with 3 days in-office

What you will do
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Customer leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and manager capability initiatives.
- Advise leaders on complex employee relations, wellbeing, psychosocial safety, performance, and remuneration matters.
- Lead the people aspects of restructures, workforce changes, organisational design, and transformation initiatives.
- Use people analytics to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with People Operations and the Global People Team on inclusive culture initiatives and global projects.
Requirements
- Solid experience as an HRBP or Senior HRBP in technology, SaaS, or another fast-moving industry.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or other digital teams.
- Confidence influencing senior leaders and stakeholders in a global, matrixed organisation.
- Hands-on experience with organisational design, change management, performance, talent, and employee relations.
- Strong coaching, communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to work at pace while handling complex and sensitive situations calmly.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Product and Tech teams.
- Experience in a global, distributed, or scale-up technology environment.
- Familiarity with agile Product or Engineering ways of working.
