Location: Dee Why and Newington, Australia; multi-site production environment

What you will do
- Advise and coach team leaders on recruitment, performance management, feedback, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and industrial relations.
- Lead cyclical people processes, including remuneration reviews, performance planning, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Track people metrics, identify corrective actions, and deliver interventions that improve performance and reduce risk.
- Build effective relationships with employees, unions, and site representative committees.
- Lead the people components of organisational change initiatives, including automation projects.
- Advise on the people impacts of business decisions while balancing company goals and employee interests.
Requirements
- Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a Plant Manager with generalist HR advice.
- Experience managing operational and tactical HR responsibilities in production-floor and functional business environments.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, including interpreting Awards and negotiating Enterprise Agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
- Specialised HR training in areas such as industrial relations, total rewards, organisational design, workforce planning, recruitment, leadership, talent management, culture, or change management.
- Active affiliation with relevant Human Resources networks and organisations.
