Solution Architecture Tech Lead (C#/.NET)

What you will do

• Design and develop applications for a next-generation global data warehouse supporting near real-time analytics on large-scale healthcare data.
• Lead multicultural teams across regions and time zones in an agile development environment.
• Partner with solution and data architects on requirements, logical data models, and performance-optimized physical database designs.
• Deliver unit testing, support testing and UAT, resolve issues, and implement applications in production.
• Automate development, QA, database, and production deployment environments through scripting.
• Gather requirements from end users, prepare technical documentation, and communicate project progress and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and experience in information technology.
• Experience with people management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong application development and full software development lifecycle experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET, Razor, JavaScript, NUnit, Angular, TypeScript, Java, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• English proficiency required for spoken and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, solution-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with Databricks, SSIS/SSRS, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Hangfire, jQuery, Vue, Bootstrap, PowerShell, or big data technologies such as Hive, Impala, HBase, and Cloudera.
