What you will do

• Prepare and execute statutory, US GAAP, and tax accounting and reporting for entities in scope.
• Ensure reporting completeness, accuracy, and timeliness while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Lead external statutory audit preparation, coordinate requirements, and support successful audit completion.
• Act as a liaison with local tax authorities on direct and indirect tax matters, queries, and audits.
• Resolve complex accounting and tax issues and collaborate with finance teams, non-finance stakeholders, and external providers.
• Participate in regional and global projects and drive continuous finance process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of general accounting experience, including knowledge of local regulations, taxes, and international best practices.
• Experience in a multinational environment and/or audit, with strong knowledge of local GAAP and tax matters.
• Very good knowledge of US GAAP.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or part-qualified/qualified ACCA or CPA.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with JDE, BlackLine, or W-Desk.
