Senior Application Security Engineer (SCA/SAST)

What you will do

• Lead the global strategy and roadmap for software composition analysis (SCA) and static application security testing (SAST).
• Design scalable, automated security solutions and optimize tooling to reduce false positives and improve the developer experience.
• Integrate application security into the software development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines across global engineering teams.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners on secure design, threat modeling, and architectural reviews.
• Evaluate emerging security technologies, shape open-source security and license compliance practices, and mentor security professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application security experience with enterprise-level SCA and SAST implementation.
• Ability to read and remediate code in Java, C#, Python, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Ability to communicate security risks as business value and provide clear guidance to engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
