Product Lead – Collateral

Location: Hybrid work in New York City or Toronto, with at least 3 days per week in-office

Base salary: $129,000–$239,000 per year, plus potential annual bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps for traditional, digital, and tokenized collateral solutions.
• Connect collateral capabilities across the Calypso Collateral Network, Canton Network, EVM environments, and DeFi gateways.
• Lead product execution from scoping and operating-model design through requirements, validation, UAT, pilots, and production launch.
• Develop capabilities for collateral eligibility, allocation, optimization, margin calls, CSA exposure calculation, and DvP settlement.
• Coordinate initiatives with Technology, Product Delivery, Data, Operations, Sales, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Support client onboarding, pricing, business cases, go-to-market activities, and industry engagement.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in product management and collateral-related financial services.
• Deep knowledge of collateral management, including margin calls, collateral movements, substitutions, disputes, settlement, haircuts, eligibility, concentration, and counterparty exposure.
• Experience with collateral platforms such as Calypso, Colline, Acadia/Margin Manager, or TriOptima/TriResolve.
• Understanding of triparty services, securities services, repo, securities lending, borrowing, and related documentation and regulations.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenization, or DLT-based solutions is valuable, along with business-level understanding of algorithms, data, and AI.
• Fluent English required; the position requires hybrid attendance in New York City or Toronto at least 3 days per week. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
