What you will do
- Provide advanced clinical sales support and coverage for complex interventional cardiology cases.
- Support adoption and proper clinical use of company products, including Optowire and SavvyWire.
- Deliver procedural troubleshooting, in-service education, staff training, and customer presentations.
- Partner with Account Managers, Regional Sales Directors, Marketing, and clinical teams to identify customer needs and support territory goals.
- Lead complex case reviews and develop content for regional or area clinical calls.
- Mentor newer Clinical Specialists and share best practices within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent medical training in health science.
- At least 2 years of direct healthcare experience and 2 years of medical device industry experience.
- Clinical experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, interventional radiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery.
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, clinical evidence, disease states, customer needs, and the cardiovascular market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently, provide clinical education, influence healthcare professionals, and use Microsoft Office systems.
Nice to have
- Registrations or certifications such as RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant.
- Experience in the Structural Heart space, particularly TAVR.
- Experience educating and training clinical staff.
