Head of Design (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build user experiences for AI-powered creative and simulation tools.
• Rapidly prototype product concepts from initial ideas to working implementations.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to bring frontier capabilities into production.
• Own product features end to end, including interaction design, frontend architecture, and implementation.
• Build interfaces that simplify world generation, simulation, and multimodal AI workflows.
• Refine the product through user feedback, experimentation, and iteration while shaping its design language.

Requirements

• Exceptional product intuition and a strong focus on polished user experiences.
• Strong frontend engineering experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience designing and building zero-to-one products.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate with minimal direction.
• Strong visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working across design, product, and engineering disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products, creative tools, developer platforms, or simulation software.
