TL;DR
Senior Director, Microsoft 365 Platforms & Strategy (Microsoft 365/AI): Leading the strategy, engineering, governance, reliability, and employee experience of BeOne’s global Microsoft 365 environment with an accent on platform ownership, security, compliance, and enterprise integration. Focus on modernizing tenants and domains, enabling Microsoft 365 Copilot, integrating Microsoft Graph APIs, and directing global teams and strategic partners across a regulated organization.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; domestic and international travel may be required.
Salary range: 437,000–546,200 PLN per year

What you will do
- Own the global Microsoft 365 strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, investment recommendations, product ownership model, and demand intake.
- Lead tenant architecture, engineering standards, automation, resilience, service health, technical-debt management, and major platform escalations.
- Establish service delivery, support, escalation, performance-management, and continuous-improvement models across Microsoft 365 services.
- Translate security, privacy, information-governance, quality, legal, compliance, identity, and architecture requirements into platform controls and operating practices.
- Lead global domain migration, tenant modernization, major collaboration changes, and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, licensing, reporting, and adoption enablement.
- Manage Microsoft and strategic partner relationships, licensing strategy, utilization optimization, commercial evaluation, and total cost of ownership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience across Microsoft technologies, digital workplace, enterprise platforms, or related functions.
- Experience leading global teams and owning an enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environment in a complex organization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and services, including sufficient depth to direct Microsoft Graph API-enabled integrations.
- Experience with platform modernization, domain or tenant migrations, governance, service management, secure integrations, and reliable global service delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft licensing, vendor governance, investment planning, utilization optimization, and total-cost-of-ownership management.
- Strong executive communication, decision-making, collaboration, coaching, succession planning, and talent-development skills.

- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or another highly regulated global environment.
