Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing): Executing talent strategies, staffing, compensation cycles, employee relations, and HR policies for an aligned business unit or geography with an accent on talent management, labor law, and stakeholder partnership. Focus on developing technical competency roadmaps, supporting organizational change, and linking people costs with business outcomes.
Location: Guadalupe, Mexico; full-time, onsite role.

What you will do
- Execute and locally adapt global talent strategies and people agendas for assigned business units or geographies.
- Monitor staffing needs, coordinate with business leaders, finance, and resourcing teams, and track recruiting progress.
- Manage people metrics and proactively address talent attraction, retention, and engagement risks.
- Support compensation and performance cycles, global HR projects, organizational changes, and communications strategies.
- Develop technical competency roadmaps and support HR process design across payroll, HR operations, learning and development, and HR information systems.
- Advise managers on daily people management and employee relations, including conflict facilitation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR leadership or HR business partner roles, or proven experience across at least three HR focus areas.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Practical knowledge of labor law across different geographies and continents, including cultural differences.
- Experience building stakeholder relationships and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong communication, conflict facilitation, problem-solving, people, and business skills.
- Ability to execute talent strategies and connect people costs with business outcomes and financial targets.
