Lead Software Engineer (Playable Ads)

What you will do

• Lead and coach a small team of playable ads developers and strategists embedded in franchise squads.
• Stay hands-on with the production and iteration of high-quality playable ad creatives.
• Oversee workflows, tooling, operational practices, and standards for the playable ads team.
• Design and test new playable ad mechanics, interactions, and creative concepts across multiple game franchises.
• Collaborate with Growth Managers and creative strategists on priorities and franchise objectives.
• Benchmark competitor ads, analyze performance data, and guide improvements in development and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in playable ad or game development.
• Experience with Unity, Luna, Cocos Creator, or other relevant playable ad development platforms.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and web game development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and asset-generation tools such as Scenario, Flux, or ElevenLabs.
• Understanding of mobile marketing performance metrics and creative testing, plus experience mentoring and coaching peers.
• Fluent English required; French fluency is a plus.
