Lead Full Stack Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote from São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work is available for those in Ho Chi Minh City, while remote work is available outside Ho Chi Minh City.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of insurance enterprise software solutions.
• Provide technical direction across front-end and back-end architecture, technology selection, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate user requirements into cohesive solutions.
• Optimize platform performance for large datasets and high user traffic while designing for scalability.
• Lead code reviews, enforce development standards, investigate bugs, and maintain platform reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and guide the adoption of secure, innovative, and maintainable engineering practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, including a track record of leading complex SaaS applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead or manager role.
• Strong back-end experience with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.
• Front-end proficiency with JavaScript, Vue, and/or React, plus experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices, clean architecture, Test-Driven Development, unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, web security, compliance, performance optimization, and agile development.
