hirify.global is a financial services firm offering wealth management and related investment banking, asset management, and capital markets services.

What you will do

• Rotate through Wealth Management departments, including Finance, Research, Wealth Planning, Managed Solutions, Practice Management, and Trust.
• Gain an overview of Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Fixed Income Capital Markets.
• Learn about Wealth Management processes and strategic priorities through hands-on work.
• Engage with the broader strategic leadership of the Wealth Management organization.
• Study for and sit for the FINRA SIE exam, with program costs covered.

Requirements

• Complete sophomore year by June 2027.
• Demonstrate strong academic performance and professional drive.
• Have proven analytical, leadership, communication, teamwork, and service skills.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass background, reference, and credit checks.
• Commit to the full nine-week program duration.

Hiring process
