What you will do
- Own assigned CRM campaigns and promotions, coordinating with relevant stakeholders throughout execution.
- Execute campaign activities focused on engaging player experiences.
- Collaborate with the wider team to resolve user queries and maintain positive player relationships.
- Support campaign design using Adobe Photoshop or similar tools.
- Contribute ideas to user journeys and monthly planning sessions.
- Manage and analyze campaign data to evaluate results and inform future initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 6–12 months of iGaming experience is required, including online gambling, casino, sportsbook, Customer Support, VIP, Payments, or a related player-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Proactive, organized work ethic and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
- Genuine interest in player engagement and CRM.
- Availability to work with the Malta office team.
Nice to have
- Experience with Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Comfort working with data.
