Solution Specialist, Infrastructure (AI)

Location: Sunnyvale, California; San Francisco, California; or Bellevue, Washington, United States. The position requires access to export-controlled information, with eligibility based on U.S. person status, an applicable export authorization exemption, or likely approval for the required authorization.

Base salary: $207,000–$275,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the commercial and operational lifecycle of complex infrastructure deals from deal architecture and negotiation through contract execution and account expansion.
• Structure long-term compute, networking, GPU infrastructure, and integrated AI platform commitments with sales, legal, finance, and product teams.
• Design pricing models, term structures, ramp schedules, SLA frameworks, and commercial agreements that balance customer requirements with business objectives.
• Lead the infrastructure deal desk by providing deal guidance, pricing alignment, negotiation support, and escalation management to the field organization.
• Build playbooks, TCO models, negotiation frameworks, approval workflows, and competitive positioning materials for sales and solutions architecture teams.
• Translate customer infrastructure requirements into input for product, engineering, capacity planning, finance, and marketing teams while improving deal execution processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure sales, deal structuring, or commercial operations at a cloud provider, hyperscaler, data center operator, or large technology vendor.
• 5+ years shaping large infrastructure commitments, including cloud compute agreements, GPU infrastructure contracts, data center agreements, term negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract execution.
• Deep understanding of how AI companies evaluate, procure, and operationalize infrastructure across different industries and stages of maturity.
• Strong knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, Kubernetes, and integrated infrastructure platforms for AI customers.
• Proven ability to align sales, operations, finance, and legal stakeholders and negotiate with executive customers, procurement leaders, and legal teams.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience in a deal desk, commercial operations, or strategic deals function at AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Oracle Cloud, or an equivalent provider.
• Experience structuring GPU infrastructure agreements, HPC contracts, or large-scale cloud commitments for AI and machine learning workloads.
• Experience scaling deal processes, playbooks, approval workflows, and pricing frameworks for distributed field organizations.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
