Field Application Engineer (Arduino)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Support Farnell APAC sales teams and customers with technical queries, architectural propositions, RFP responses, presentations, training, and solution development.
• Provide advanced technical support for Arduino products and train first-line technical support teams.
• Develop UnoQ application bricks on Applab and support suppliers developing Q-based solutions and accessories.
• Assist with product design, optimization, NPI reviews, testing, technical documentation, FAQs, and product collateral.
• Coordinate with Arduino APAC, global customer engineering support, sales, marketing, design, and manufacturing teams.
• Support customer meetings, supplier calls, technology trade shows, partner demonstrations, and the creation of demos and training videos.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in Arduino products and electronic system solutions.
• Ability to provide customer-facing technical support and develop application solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, design, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers.
• Experience creating technical content, documentation, presentations, training materials, or product collateral.
• Availability to work full time in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia and participate in customer meetings and industry events.
