Power Platform Developer (AI)

Location: Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the Norwich office

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum

A UK accountancy and business advisory firm investing in Microsoft Power Platform, automation, and AI to improve internal business processes.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Build automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
• Work with Copilot Studio, AI, and emerging Microsoft technologies.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with APIs, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Own development projects from requirements gathering through implementation and support the organisation’s automation capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial Power Platform development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with APIs, SQL Server, or other business systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and automation.
• Confident communication with stakeholders and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to work 2–3 days per week from the Norwich office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio, or AI.
