Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Hybrid role in Novi Sad, South Bačka, Serbia

What you will do

• Own the reliability, availability, capacity, and throughput of production infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and sales teams to integrate reliability practices into product planning.
• Prioritize and resolve critical customer-impacting bugs and lead effective incident response.
• Automate scalable deployments and ensure artifacts are deployed consistently across environments.
• Monitor infrastructure vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation with the security team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working with SaaS platforms at scale.
• Expertise with managed Kubernetes, including EKS, AKS, and GKE.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Buildkite, Pulumi, and ArgoCD.
• Proficiency in Python, shell scripting, and Go; Java experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Linux administration and operating system internals.
• Experience with cloud networking, including managed NAT gateways, VPNs, PrivateLink, and Private Service Connect, plus PostgreSQL databases.
