Quality Analyst (Italian/Spanish) (Sales QA/BPO): Auditing customer interactions and sales processes in an onsite Alexandria program with an accent on sales execution, process adherence, compliance, and customer experience. Focus on evaluating calls, identifying documentation and compliance defects, routing invalid sales, and preparing quality reports for leadership.
Location: Onsite in Alexandria, Egypt

What you will do
- Complete one quality audit per agent per day using the Quality MON Form.
- Evaluate sales pitches, objection handling, process adherence, documentation, and customer experience.
- Validate sales against program requirements and identify hygiene, documentation, and compliance defects.
- Route invalid or non-compliant sales through the appropriate correction or rejection process.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership, covering quality scores, defects, defect themes, feedback, and completed coaching.
- Distribute policy updates and flyers through the approved distribution list.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish or Italian at B1/B2 level is required.
- English at B2 level is required.
- 1–2 years of quality assurance experience in the BPO industry supporting a sales program is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in Alexandria is required.
