What you will do

  • Complete a 23-month graduate rotation programme at the Grange Castle manufacturing site.
  • Rotate through three different business functions to gain broad operational experience.
  • Apply science or engineering knowledge in a highly technical biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Build practical experience related to the production of complex biologic medicines and vaccines.

Requirements

  • Graduated or expected to graduate with a Level 8 or Level 9 qualification in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a similar discipline in 2025, 2026, or 2027.
  • Available to start in September 2027.
  • Legally eligible to work in Ireland for the full duration of the programme.
  • Willing to rotate between departments and gain experience across three business functions.
  • Motivated by challenges, innovation, change, and the relevant field of expertise.
