Marketing Automation Specialist (Meta)

What you will do

• Design and deploy complex Meta automations for ad creation, error handling, and customized notifications.
• Architect and maintain n8n or similar workflows connecting marketing systems.
• Own automation projects end to end, ensuring robust, scalable, and well-documented solutions.
• Build monitoring for API failures, pagination, and rate-limit issues.
• Maintain server-side tracking integrations and uninterrupted data flow.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Meta as a product and advertising platform.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and request limits.
• Ability to map data flows and design logical, efficient automation architectures.
• High self-motivation, dedication, adaptability, and ownership of projects.
• Ability to work from the Tallinn location.

Nice to have

• Experience automating TikTok Ads or other major social and marketing platforms.
• Coding experience with JavaScript, Node, or Python.
• Familiarity with AI integrations such as the OpenAI API.
