Junior Associate Director, Nexus, Client Delivery (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Prepare fund accounting reports, Net Asset Values, financial statements, and other client deliverables for private equity funds.
• Review fund transactions and ensure accurate recording in accounting systems.
• Coordinate with investment managers, auditors, brokers, and internal teams to resolve operational matters and meet deadlines.
• Support year-end audits by preparing requested information and documentation.
• Respond to client queries, monitor deliverables, and maintain a high level of service.
• Identify process improvements, support projects, and ensure fees are invoiced and collected on time.

Requirements

• Degree or post-secondary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in fund administration, investment management, public accounting, or auditing.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed deadlines.

Nice to have

• Current study toward or interest in pursuing ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
