What you will do

• Support the development of the Group strategic agenda through analysis, research, and thought leadership.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on transformation and value creation across business units and Group functions.
• Conduct market, competitor, and financial analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Group and Board of Directors.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business areas and geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to three years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and data-processing skills, with the ability to break down complexity and prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across functions and geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, insurance, or a related field.
