Golang Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform infrastructure for data ingestion, processing, and distribution.
• Develop backend services integrated with AI Agent systems, including Agent workflows, monitoring pipelines, and observability tools.
• Build monitoring and alerting capabilities for data quality, pipeline stability, and AI system health.
• Collaborate with AI, product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to align infrastructure with platform requirements.
• Support existing services, including B9, and maintain stability during team transitions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of backend development experience with Golang as the core technology and recent production experience.
• Experience building data pipelines, data platforms, or large-scale data-processing backend systems.
• Experience with AI monitoring, observability tools, Agent engineering, or integrating AI/LLM workflows into production backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservice architecture, relational and NoSQL databases, and message queues such as Kafka.
• Strong communication skills and a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks, LLM integration, or related AI toolchain development.
