What you will do

  • Develop investigator grants, estimates, contracting strategies, and proposal text.
  • Prepare contract language, payment terms, and budget templates for clinical trial site agreements.
  • Maintain contracting systems, tools, processes, and training materials according to project plans and sponsor requirements.
  • Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, study teams, and regional and country teams to deliver project scope.
  • Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting support for clinical trial initiation and maintenance.
  • Report contracting performance, support quality standards, and mentor colleagues when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant sponsor or clinical research organization site-contracting experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, legal writing, financial writing, and technical writing skills.
  • Understanding of the regulated clinical trial environment and drug development process.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial contract management.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Role based in Bucharest, Romania.
