Senior Game Designer (RPG/Team Battler)

What you will do

• Own game features end to end, from concept and documentation through implementation, release, and performance analysis.
• Create new content and develop existing game systems.
• Design and balance combat and in-game economies.
• Analyze released features and product metrics.
• Improve configurations, documentation, and workflows.
• Contribute to product planning and future development.

Requirements

• Strong experience in RPG or team battler games for mobile and PC.
• Experience designing game systems and working with game balance.
• Experience with live mobile games.
• Understanding of mobile game monetization, including in-app purchases and advertising.
• Understanding of LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, retention, and the impact of game design decisions on product metrics.
• Conversational Russian and English, basic knowledge of statistics, and the ability to use AI while taking full ownership of decisions.
