Black Pearl Consult is partnering with a leading technology and managed IT services organization in Abu Dhabi to appoint an experienced Customer Success Manager.
This is a key opportunity to help build a Customer Success function from the ground up, managing enterprise relationships across technology, IT services and complex client environments.
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆?
Proven 5+ years' experience for UAE Nationals / 7+ years for expatriates in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Management or similar roles.
Strong experience managing complex enterprise accounts and multiple senior stakeholders within managed IT services, enterprise technology, software or related environments.
Hands-on knowledge of customer adoption, retention, renewals, customer health, CSAT/NPS and value-realization frameworks.
Strong commercial and data-driven mindset, with experience identifying account growth opportunities and working with ITSM/service KPIs.
