Logistics Analyst (AI)

Location: BangPa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand; onsite at BangPa-In Building 3

What you will do

• Lead project and program management across Asia Logistics Operations.
• Drive logistics digital transformation using AI, automation, Oracle Cloud ERP, OTM/GTM, WMS, visibility tools, and cost-management programs.
• Partner with global IT teams to design, develop, and implement logistics and transportation technology solutions.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on efficiency, cost effectiveness, cycle time, and service quality.
• Collaborate with global centers of excellence, manufacturing, IT, senior leadership, and customers to define requirements and deliver implementations.
• Promote safety, environmental responsibility, regulatory compliance, CSR, 6S, and BCM programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain and Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in supply chain and logistics.
• Experience with project and improvement management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in AI agents, Oracle Cloud ERP, OTM/GTM, WMS, automation tools, advanced Microsoft Office, and Power BI dashboards.
• Strong influencing skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
