What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery across web applications, portals, and mobile-responsive platforms.
- Create user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready high-fidelity interfaces.
- Collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams, and senior enterprise or C-level client stakeholders to discover requirements and refine solutions.
- Build and govern Figma-based design systems, component libraries, and style guides, including detailed developer handoff specifications.
- Integrate AI-powered design and productivity tools into research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation workflows.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, responsive execution, and web performance while mentoring junior designers.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of progressive UI/UX design experience across multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience presenting to and collaborating with enterprise clients, senior stakeholders, or C-suite executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, atomic design systems, component libraries, and interactive prototyping.
- Working knowledge of AI-driven design and productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of user psychology, conversion optimization, responsive layouts, and cross-platform design constraints.
- Mandatory portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processes, strategic rationale, design systems, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable project impact.
