What you will do
- Coordinate smaller projects and defined workstreams within larger global projects.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, decision logs, action registers, and project portal documentation.
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, scope, budget, and quality, escalating concerns when needed.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions, and follow up on actions.
- Prepare project status updates and monthly reports for Steering Group review.
- Support change control, project start-up, handover, and lessons-learned activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project support, with a solid understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to make sound escalation decisions.
- Confidence using standard business and project management tools.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology-driven or international business environments.
- Background as a Project Coordinator, engineer transitioning into project management, or operations/project support professional.
- Additional language skills.
