What you will do
- Participate in product design projects and develop designs that satisfy customer specifications.
- Perform design verification using analytical and experimental methods.
- Contribute to development testing, engineering analysis, qualification testing, and production launches.
- Collaborate on failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations.
- Maintain product drawings, specifications, and related documentation in internal systems.
- Interact with customers to define product requirements, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
- University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits, microelectronic assembly, statistical methods, process control fundamentals, and product testing.
- Strong written, oral, presentation, organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and employees at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong ethical values, integrity, and personal accountability for achieving goals and standards.
