Clinical Engagement Lead (Clinical Research): Building and managing investigator and clinical site relationships across Brazil and assigned LATAM territories to support immunology and inflammation clinical trials with an accent on site feasibility, investigator engagement, enrollment, and retention. Focus on translating field intelligence into site selection and enrollment strategies, mitigating study risks, and coordinating scientific engagement with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs teams.
Location: Field-based in Brazil and other assigned LATAM countries; regular travel within the territory is required. Flexible hybrid arrangements may apply.

What you will do
- Build and manage long-term relationships with investigators, academic medical centers, research sites, and specialty practices.
- Lead site identification, feasibility assessments, investigator qualification, site initiation support, and activation recommendations.
- Serve as the primary clinical liaison for protocol discussions, scientific exchange, site training, and trial lifecycle engagement.
- Support patient recruitment, enrollment, retention, and diverse patient participation across regional sites.
- Monitor enrollment trends, site performance, and patient engagement; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Provide structured field intelligence to Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related discipline; an MS or MPH is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in clinical development, clinical research, clinical operations, or field-based clinical engagement in pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.
- Experience managing investigator relationships, supporting site activation and enrollment, and collaborating with CROs, research sites, and MSLs.
- Strong knowledge of immunology and inflammation, clinical trial design, site management, GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel 50% or more, drive safely with a valid driver’s license, and work occasional evenings and weekends is required.
