Associate Manufacturing - Manufacturing Services (Nights) (Biotech)

What you will do

• Perform and monitor critical manufacturing processes on the night shift.
• Execute routine validation protocols and review manufacturing documentation.
• Draft and revise Manufacturing Procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on Manufacturing Services equipment and assist with documentation review.
• Initiate and own area deviations, participate in LEAN activities, and implement routine improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership under the direction of the Manufacturing Services manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience, an associate degree with 6 months of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on C or D Shift; onboarding is Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for 2–6 weeks.
• Ability to follow SOPs, apply GMP knowledge, interpret manufacturing procedures, and perform technical writing.
• Experience or knowledge in manufacturing equipment, process troubleshooting, cleanroom operations, and intermediate mathematics.
• Knowledge of washers, autoclaves, BDS equipment, CIP/SIP processes, LIMS, MES, SAP, DeltaV, RDs, or the PI system is relevant to the role.
• Mechanical ability, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead teams and collaborate with external resources.
