Quality Control Technician (Tues-Sat) (Microbiology)

Location: Onsite at the West Lebanon, New Hampshire bioproduction facility, United States. First shift, Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

What you will do

• Support routine microbiology QC activities, including workspace preparation, housekeeping, sanitization, glassware cleaning, and sample receipt.
• Perform sampling with minimal support and assist with low-complexity testing such as spectroscopy, bioburden testing, and incoming inspection of consumables.
• Perform routine laboratory equipment maintenance with support.
• Identify deviations and support systematic problem-solving and laboratory investigations.
• Document and archive work according to Good Documentation Practice and support report writing.
• Perform all duties in compliance with cGMPs, established procedures, healthcare laws, and quality regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate degree in a scientific field is preferred.
• Three years of relevant work experience required with a high school diploma; zero years of relevant experience preferred with an associate degree.
• Ability to understand and execute established written instructions.
• Strong organization, time management, documentation, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and database management.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach, lift up to 10 pounds, and work around chemicals, fumes, dust, noise, ladders, and moving equipment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, GMP, life science, laboratory, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of laboratory or manufacturing operations.
