Junior HR Manager (Minsk)

Location: Minsk, Belarus

Salary: EUR 870–990 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Support onboarding, employee communication, offboarding, exit interviews, and referral recruitment.
• Interact with office employees and managers to monitor team atmosphere.
• Help organize corporate training, team-building events, and other HR activities.
• Plan and coordinate events, including procurement, vendor search, and payment control.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control, order management, and budget allocation.
• Participate in HR department projects and maintain the employer brand and corporate culture.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Manager.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive office culture.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and information-processing skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.
• English at Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• University degree or additional training in human resource management or psychology.
