iMR Implementation Specialist – MR

Location: Remote within the United States, with up to 75% domestic and international travel and recurring on-site customer support.

What you will do

• Train new customer sites in iMR imaging workflows and support their initial series of iMR procedures.
• Provide additional training and clinical support to existing customers introducing new or existing iMR procedures.
• Participate in customer readiness assessments, implementation planning, and site activation.
• Develop and improve iMR workflows and training materials.
• Provide technical field support and clinical troubleshooting in the MR environment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Research on research studies and clinical trials.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of clinical experience in cardiac MR or interventional MR.
• Experience developing clinical and imaging workflows and training programs in clinical environments.
• Ability to work in the MR environment and deliver clinical instruction.
• Strong communication, clinical teaching, collaboration, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• ARRT certification and MR registration.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including international and domestic travel, with flexibility to support customer implementation timelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with pre-clinical animal research.
