AI Logistics Automation Specialist (AI)

Location: BangPa-in, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand; onsite at BangPa-In Building 3

What you will do

• Design, build, and prototype AI agent workflows for supply chain and logistics use cases under senior team guidance.
• Translate business requirements into functional components and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Apply LLMs, OCR, and AI techniques to document processing, data extraction, and automation tasks.
• Integrate AI agents with OTM/GTM, visibility platforms, and other logistics systems.
• Develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations and automation scripts.
• Build visibility tools, monitor workflow performance, document solutions, and collaborate with logistics, IT, and business teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or equivalent experience; recent graduates are welcome.
• 0–2 years of experience or early-career profile with willingness to learn under senior guidance.
• Basic programming skills in Python or a similar scripting language, including the ability to modify automation scripts.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, OCR, or data processing, plus familiarity with supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to document technical workflows clearly.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Oracle OTM/GTM, SAP, ERP, or TMS platforms.
• Experience with AI and automation tools, low-code workflow platforms, or API integration.
• Knowledge of logistics document formats, AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, n8n, or Make, and basic SQL.
