Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Location: Fully onsite in Spokane, Washington at 111 N Wall St Building, Spokane, WA 99201.

Salary: $93,000–$165,000 per year, with potential performance-based incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Manage commercial banking relationships with mid-size clients of varying complexity.
• Prospect, attract, and secure new commercial and industrial banking relationships.
• Develop strategies to acquire, retain, and grow selected clients and meet production goals for loans, deposits, and fee income.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level contacts by assessing business needs and presenting customized banking solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in responding to client requests and coordinating credit and non-credit solutions.
• Analyze commercial, economic, and financial conditions while maintaining a consistent prospect pipeline and supporting prudent portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant commercial banking experience or a proven record of business development success in the commercial industry.
• Knowledge of commercial lending, deposits, credit, financial analysis, and relationship management.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the posted Spokane location.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Ability to comply with banking regulations, policies, procedures, and required training.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or training others as a subject matter expert.
