Bar and Beverage Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives

What you will do

• Manage daily bar and lounge operations, beverage policies, service standards, and compliance with liquor laws.
• Control liquor inventories, bar pars, portioning, beverage costs, sales analysis, and period-end stocktaking.
• Assist with beverage menus, promotions, budgets, operating statements, payroll reporting, and controllable expenses.
• Supervise staffing levels, communicate operational requirements, and train employees on liquor control procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Support departmental training, corrective action plans, sanitation standards, and other food and beverage outlets when needed.

Requirements

• Mixology background is required.
• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of food and beverage experience in an ultra-luxury brand or related professional area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related major with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with one of the World’s 50 Best Bars is highly recommended.
• On-site work at Bulgari Resort Ranfushi in the Maldives is required.
