MedTech Women's Health Procedural Specialist / Mammographer/Breast Sonographer (MedTech): Supporting women's health medical device adoption through physician education, procedural case support, and clinical training across a designated territory with an accent on breast imaging, biopsy procedures, and healthcare-facility implementation. Focus on educating clinical teams, coordinating field-based training, managing customer feedback and documentation, and solving procedural support needs during frequent travel.
Location: Chicago, IL; field-based throughout the assigned US territory with frequent travel. Central Time Zone.
Salary: $41 per hour

What you will do
- Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and healthcare teams on Women's Health products and clinical applications.
- Provide procedural case support during customer implementations, physician procedures, and educational activities.
- Conduct individual in-services, group training sessions, and physician education programs.
- Build professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, imaging centers, and healthcare providers.
- Support product adoption, answer clinical and technical questions, and communicate customer feedback and market trends.
- Complete procedural reports, expense reports, activity tracking, complaint documentation, and other required records.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Active certification or credentialing as a Mammography Technologist, Ultrasound Technologist, equivalent Women's Health Imaging Professional, or an active unrestricted Registered Nurse license.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Imaging, Health Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Women's Health, Breast Health, Radiology, Imaging Services, Surgical Services, or a related specialty.
- Advanced knowledge of breast imaging, breast biopsy procedures, breast surgery workflows, and Women's Health clinical practices.
- Frequent travel, schedule flexibility, hospital vendor credentialing, and healthcare facility immunization and compliance requirements are required.
Nice to have
- Experience conducting physician and staff education programs.
- Experience with medical device implementations and procedural training.
- Knowledge of Women's Health technologies, breast anatomy, imaging workflows, diagnostic procedures, and medical terminology.
- Experience supporting breast biopsy procedures and Women's Health interventions.
- Previous experience in Medical Device, Women's Health, Diagnostic Imaging, or Breast Health markets.
