Salary: USD 40–55 per hour

What you will do
- Diagnose and repair domestic, foreign, and European vehicles.
- Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Troubleshoot guest concerns with other technicians and the service department.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
- Communicate repair concerns, solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills across all makes and models.
- Master Technicians: ASE A1–A8 certifications preferred.
- Ability to flag 40+ hours per week in one bay and meet workflow and hourly goals.
- Strong investment in tools, professional communication, and a positive attitude toward serving guests.
- Ability to lift or move over 100 pounds occasionally, work under lifted vehicles and in tight spaces, stand or walk for most of the day, drive manual-transmission vehicles, and use a computer.
