What you will do
- Lead, inspire, and develop site-based teams while driving overall business performance.
- Maintain a safe, environmentally responsible, and legally compliant manufacturing site.
- Oversee operational effectiveness, product quality, customer specifications, and commercial collaboration.
- Manage site resources, operational costs, annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, and inventory.
- Support strategic site development across people, manufacturing processes, equipment, capabilities, and distribution.
- Develop human resources programs, succession planning, risk profiles, and resolution of site-owned risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, science, finance, HR, or a related field.
- 10+ years of operations management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing broad-spectrum, capital-intensive manufacturing facilities serving industrial or healthcare markets.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations for medical device contract manufacturing.
- Experience with cost control, inventory management, and Lean manufacturing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across a diverse organization.
Nice to have
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, converting, adhesive technologies, printing, automated packaging, sterilization validation, or process automation.
- Knowledge of US labor laws and requirements.
