Field Services Coordinator II - TX (Construction)

Location: Alvarado, Texas; onsite work in company-designated office or field locations with extensive travel and relocation to projects required.

What you will do

• Support project managers and superintendents with day-to-day construction project operations.
• Review plans and specifications, develop quality plans, and maintain QA/QC procedures.
• Inspect equipment, materials, workmanship, and finished construction for compliance.
• Assist with cost estimates, project schedules, statements of work, submittals, change management, RFIs, and daily and weekly reports.
• Coordinate materials, inventory, equipment tracking, and crew tooling and equipment needs.
• Promote safe construction operations and communicate between office staff and field employees.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.
• Ability to travel extensively for long periods and work in an outdoor construction environment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
