Business Consultant (AI)

Location: Remote work from Czechia or Slovakia, or full-time onsite at offices in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague

hirify.global builds an AI-powered personalization and customer engagement platform for global brands across e-commerce, financial services, hospitality, and gaming.

What you will do

• Become a subject-matter expert in the hirify.global Engagement platform.
• Gather business requirements, prepare data structures, manage data migrations, and deploy automated programs.
• Help clients improve websites, online shops, and apps through audits, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer-experience improvements.
• Teach clients to use the CDP platform, prepare business reports, and advise on analytics, marketing automation, and digital marketing.
• Oversee implementation of client applications, websites, and online shops while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and internal teams on business strategies, roadmaps, service improvements, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in B2B or B2C, SaaS, consultancy, agency, in-house e-commerce, or a similar environment.
• Strong ownership, self-organization, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client initiatives and navigate ambiguous situations independently.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Czechia or Slovakia for remote work, or able to work full-time from the Bratislava, Brno, or Prague office.
• Six-month contract with possible extension.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or MCPs.
• Experience with hirify.global Engagement, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Adobe, Braze, Emarsys, or similar platforms.
• German or a Nordic language.
• Experience in performance marketing, CRM, analytics, personalization, or marketing automation.
• Technical knowledge of APIs, SQL, HTML, or JavaScript.
