Senior Controller (Power BI)

Location: Petržalka, Slovakia; hybrid work with home office possible two days per week

Basic wage component: €3,100 gross per month minimum, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications

What you will do

• Lead P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance management for a complex Swiss legal entity.
• Own monthly performance reviews, financial reporting, variance analysis, and communication of business drivers and risks.
• Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and medium-term financial planning in line with Group requirements.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital transparency, balance sheet monitoring, internal controls, and audit compliance.
• Develop financial dashboards, reporting automation, and performance analytics using Power BI and business intelligence tools.
• Partner with management, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, HR, and business units to improve financial performance and governance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering within an international organization.
• Strong expertise in legal entity controlling, financial planning and analysis, P&L and balance sheet management, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Advanced Power BI skills are mandatory, including dashboards, KPI reporting, data modeling, and business performance visualization.
• Experience with ERP, consolidation, planning, and reporting tools such as SAP, IFS, Tagetik, or similar systems.
• Fluent English is required; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are expected.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B, industrial, engineering, or project-driven environments.
• German language skills.
