Partner Service Manager Spanish Market (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 annual

What you will do

• Build strong relationships with partners through regular video calls, product updates, and ongoing engagement.
• Onboard and train new Spanish partners through video calls, email, and events.
• Help partners implement the platform for their clients and configure customized accounts.
• Provide after-sales support to help partners retain their customers.
• Gather partner and customer feedback, identify product improvements, and coordinate needs with internal teams.
• Contribute to an effective customer and partner journey while supporting market growth.

Requirements

• Native-level Spanish.
• Fluent English.
• Previous experience as an Onboarding Specialist, Implementation Owner, Consultant, or Account Manager is highly valuable.
• Proactive, analytical, fast-learning, and solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to understand partner and client processes, identify problems, and propose workarounds.
